It is the reign of the lazy generation. People always think to themselves "OK if I pig out today I can exercise tomorrow." However tomorrow never comes. They always push it back another day and another day until they give in to their lazy selves.

I am one of them so that's why I play sports. I just follow the time's of the games (every sunday and/or thursday) and i stay in a fair state. I'm not exactly fit but jus have a round stomach.

Not much sodium in there.

Lunch:
something made of veggies and meat. Made at home and heated up at the microwave. Definitely not much sodium in there too.

Dinner:
similar to lunch, without the need for the microwave.

The body needs about 3,000mg sodium a day. If you read the food labels and find 100mg on 100g of food, this translates into 3kg (6 pounds) of that food necessary just for the sodium intake.

And anyway. Somewhere it was found that this low salt talk is rather dangerous than beneficial. Except for those who eat the salt with a spoon. But then, they should rather cut down on french fries.

I don't need heating energy most of the time. Just moving energy. And Hong Kong is quite flat. Anything steep can be negotiated with bus, elevator or escalator. And the chair in the office has casters.
