That's why you are supposed to take your time eating. There is a delay between being full and realizing you are full. It isn't a long delay, but a few minutes of extra eating at every meal adds up.
Although, back when I was running 10-12 miles/day, 5 days a week I pretty much ate whatever, whenever. Ice cream was my big weakness, not McDonalds.

I'd rather have the body type where I'd need to put in a lot of work to lose weight than gain it. Damned ectomorph that I am, it's hard on the wallet trying to get all the calories that I need.

Not much sodium in there.

Lunch:
something made of veggies and meat. Made at home and heated up at the microwave. Definitely not much sodium in there too.

Dinner:
similar to lunch, without the need for the microwave.

The body needs about 3,000mg sodium a day. If you read the food labels and find 100mg on 100g of food, this translates into 3kg (6 pounds) of that food necessary just for the sodium intake.

And anyway. Somewhere it was found that this low salt talk is rather dangerous than beneficial. Except for those who eat the salt with a spoon. But then, they should rather cut down on french fries.

Don't worry- it wasn't anything personal! I was waffling about sodium levels and adding nothing to the conversation!

Pepper, Tarragon, a pinch of salt, red wine, basil, thai basil, cloves, cinnamon, pineapple, cumin, bay, chili, turmeric, curry, dill, garlic, mustard, sage, it just depends on the recipe.
