Hey Team,

I am looking for a place in Prince Edward/Mong Kok in the $3000-$4000 range. Something nice and small and all that fun stuff. Wondering if anyone knows of somewhere to look or has any tips for me.

Hard but not impossible to find something in that price range in that area, but it will be very old! You need to find the real local estate agents in the area. Right at the end of Fa Yuen Street near the junction of Dundas Street there are a few local property places who deal in older apartments. They may be able to help you, but their English may not be that good. Best take a Canto speaking friend.
