HMV has quite a few legal DVDs for sale too. Most of us who grew up here are very familiar with the differences between the formats. I used to have tons of VCDs in the mid-90's.

penguinsix - not all VCDs come in CD jewel cases. You will find many sets come in DVD-like boxes that unless you look carefully you will mistake for a DVD case. However, conversely I have never seen an official DVD in a jewel case.
