| Speaking of... Does anyone know what is the average time for a visa to come through? I have been waiting very impatiently for about 2 weeks, which I know is nothing, but everyone kept telling what a great relationship the law firm I used has with HK Immigration. UGH! I want to be in Hong Kong NOOOWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| visa: wait and see 5-6 weeks is the normal time (for employment visa). It can be a lot more (like 6 months) if they don't like the aplication. "Don't like" it's not what I mean but I can't find a better way to say it. It can be shorter too. The last time I applied for a visa he only took them 2-3 weeks to "deliver". I did prepare the application and all supporting documents myself so that could be the reason. Last edited by philippe; 31-08-2006 at 09:41 AM. |
