Parc Palais

Anyone have any strong opinions about Parc Palais?
We looked at 3 Kowloon complexes (One Beacon Hill, Dynasty Heights, Parc Palais) and would really like to combine the seting of Dynasty Heights, amenities of Parc Palais and proximity to KCR of One Beacon Hill.
Heading into the NT to look on Monday (office is in SZ).

You could always try somewhere like Grand palisades or The Paragon. Situated on the hill behind the Tai Po MArket KCR. Both have clubhouses and the usual associated facilities (although GP is bigger and has more) and they are both only 10 mins walk from the KCR station down the hill.
Plus is you get a higher level you will have a view over Tolo Harbour. Nice scenery.

Any idea how old those places are? The older they are, the more convincing my realtor needs.

Here's an off-the-wall question or two: do they have ovens and what about balconies?

Sleuth - I have just seen the bad luck you have had. Hope it gets sorted. But with regards to above - I went up there again today and there is a large selection of flats up there with balconies if that is what you want.

If you need an English speaking agent to show you around I can recommend one if you want. He deals with sales and rentals and is based in Tai Po.

We are heading back some time in October and I will add these two places to our list, thanks. We almost went to one last trip, but we thought it would be a waste of time, given that we were trying to sign a lease.
