There are very many (although in some you may be competing with the Tri-Nations Rugby from 8 to 10).

What sort of crowd would you like to be surrounded by? Younger/older? Brit/Local/other/mixed? Which area of town? Do you you want to eat or just drink? Etc.

Young people and since it only starts at 10PM local time I don't need to eat as long as I can sit at the bar.
The type of people do not matter to me, I am easy going. Probably somewhere near LKF or in Central
Any recommendation?

Bulldog's, HK Brew House, Whiskey Priest, Dublin Jack, are all within 50m of each other in LKF and will all have it on. Have a look at see which you fancy. Dublin Jack is the only one not on street levl - it's above Bulldog's (and is the newest in terms of projectors, screens, sound systems etc.)

Just realised I got my timezones wrong - the rugby is 9-11 HK time, so you will be competing during the fist half of the Premier League...

White Stag in Wan Chai is usually where the Arsenal supporters gather, if you want to watch with them.
