So you're a sheep then and just because everybody else has got one you have to follow suit.

Hmm let me guess you don't have a mind of your own and are dictated by what the masses are doing because you can't stand it that somebody could actually be better than you?

i understand that many of you probably have the tendency to be in an offensive mode when chatting on forum just to have fun.

that's understandable, and that's exactly what i did in high school.

just so you know, the majority of the population of anywhere in the world does not have a ma degree or even a ba degree. i am not following the masses, but am trying to do what i think is best for me.

frankly speaking, i enjoy going to school, and i do not necessarily need a job to make a living. believe it or not, i can just make as much or even more while in grad school.

and, i believe many of you do enjoy going to school like me. studying is fun.

Nah we call it as we see it, if we entered into this discussion about this in a bar then I'll still be the same. I call a spade a spade and call it as I see it.

You're following your friends/partner and are being dicated to by what they are doing/have done and you don't see that as following the masses?

That being so there is only one logical thing for you to do. Do NOT go to masters. Earn as much money as you can and live as cheaply as you possibly can (meaning on about HK$5-6000 per month) for the next 2 or 3 years. At the end of that time you should have enough money to be able to loosen up a little and 5 years later (by about the time when you might have start to grow up a bit) you should be able to retire.

for the one last time, i am going to grad school because i like going to school. i am not going to grad school to follow anyone.

plus, 60000 hkd is nothing.

i do not have to have a job to make money!!! i am telling you i can just make as much if not more while in school. the reason i am working now is to kill time rather than staying at home doing nothing. (i still make money tho)

this forum is filled with people having to work for varios amount of money. makes alot more sense for u to stick to your group of 2nd generation little masters and get their advice other than ours...
