I am thinking of going to Vladivostok for the October holiday because I want to see Russia and that seems like the closest city to HK. Does anyone know any agencies that arrange tours in English from HK to there?

There is a German travel agent that also organizes journeys from HK to Russia, I have once booked my flight to Moscow via this company.

I never thought of going to Siberia from here but indeed its a good idea!!

I think Korean Air is operating on the HK-Vladivostok route so you might wanna check out their website (or other online booking agencies like http://www.zuji.com.hk or http://www.lastminute.com.hk for lower fares).
