He's done well with both geoexpat / geobaby members.

Not too sure about the expensive / high class part .. but I'm sure you can offer to overpay him and talk to you in a snotty accent.

I have seen a dental clinic just opened on connaught road central two weeks ago. I think they charge reasonable price with professional services. I bet they do speak English because i could see they are not locals...haha
