I am in the process of deciding which accounting software/point of sales software to purchase for my online ecommerce business. The business is based in HK and Australia but my customers are global. I want to buy QuickBooks Premier and POS 5.0 but if I buy on line it's the US edition. I worry about tax calculations etc given I'm not in the US. Does anyone have experience or advice on Quickbooks? Thanks!

Get the international edition ... allows you to do multi-currency transactions. Should be available at the legit shops in the various computer centers.

You know what, ignore what I said. Looks like a lot has changed since the last time we evaluated it.

I'd still wander down to the store and buy it.

Thanks. I will have to some exploring. I called a few shops and they don't seem to carry the Premier Retail, just the Pro version- apparently it's not very popular here, I've been told.

Hey..thanks. I saw that and called a few of them up. Apparently they don't carry the stock but can order it from the master reseller or something like that...
