IPODssssss

Where can I find legit (i.e. Won't die right away) IPODs or other MP3 players in Hong Kong? Preferably Kowloon-area and of course, preferably cheap. Thanks a lot.

There is no such thing as a cheap iPod- they are price controlled by Apple. The most you'll get is HKD50 either way but you'd be lucky.
Gome may be a good place if you are in Kowloon.

It's not for me guys. It's for my girl. She's Japanese so that explains the brand thing.

Did you mean HKD 50, that's like less than 10 US Dollars right? What possible quality can one get for that?

Anyway, thanks for the help guys.

By HK$50 he meant that you will pay no more than +/-$50 than the normal price, which is controlled by Apply as mentioned earlier. Whether you buy it off the Apply website or in a store, you will be paying the same price.

I bought mine from Apple HK with free delivery and engraving.
Also peace of mind (I hope) if there is a need for warranty reasons
Nano 4Gb for $1900.
Recommend get protectors for it as you'll see from other users that the screen scratches easily

Might be a good idea to get a protective sleeve/case on it too, those silver backs scratch up really easily.
