Cheap place to rent

I'm looking for a cheap to rent in HK. I'm currently living @ Tai Po and would like to look for a house at Tai Po. I am looking for a smalll place for myself, prefer 3k, due to low income. anyone can suggest? But i don't want a "village house". Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks~
