have looked at a flat here and initially like it when compared to other mid-level options. great to get comments from current (or past) residents of this building:
* how do you like the building and its location?
* are the facilities (e.g. gym, pool) included within the management fee?
* how are the facilities?
* public / taxi transport options to central during work hours?
* views of harbour / kowloon from mid 20s floor?
* value for money?
* any other relevant information
