Hiii,
Please can anyone suggest a building, on the HK Island with a roof terrace/garden? Preferrably close to central or +/- 15mins away from central. Our lease would soon be running out and we are looking at other options - one is a flat with a roof terrace. Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

I looked at two flats in happy valley with such a thing. But, be prepared for bidding wars and realtor nightmares.Happy Valley is like expat land so the real estate folks were mean and would not haggle. Also try tin hau, and northpoint. I have a nice balcony in Tin Hau but my landlandy wll not fix a darn thing.

I have just landed a great flat with an 800 square foot terrace in Mid Levels !!!!!!!!

I looked at heaps of places with roof tops and was surprised at how many there were. I got mine through L.J. Hooker on Caine Road but saw others with the agent on Prince's Terrace (on the corner next to the escaltor - can't remember name, sorry --- saw a great place on Peel street that was tempting and an other on Mosque Street. (But mine ended up being bigger and cheaper)

how much??????????? mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......

keep looking as there are many about....
