How 2 Address Envelope/Letter Etc.

OK this might appear dumb but I want to clarify it.

Take the following information as an example:

Apt 123 & 567 Geoexpat Street . In other words the apt is located at 567 Geoexpat Street

Now do I adresss my letter as follows: Apt. 123, 567 Geoexpat Street

or is it 567 Geoexpat Street, Apt. 123 (like it is done in N. America)?

...or driving on the parkway, parking on the driveway, driving on the pavement (i.e. sidewalk, mowing down pedestrians).

Difference is, HK Post is flexible enough to deliver either way.

I think cerberus's method is correct if you write it in Chinese.

The Chinese sequence it's just the opposite than our standard.
They start in a more obvious way. From the general to the small detail.
So,
Hong Kong, Kowloon, Yaumatei, Nathan Road 666, block 1, 4th fl., flat 402, Mr. Geo Expat.

At least in Mainland this is the order and I guess in HK too.
