Do you have a company in HK?
If yes, when asked why are you re-entering in HK just say to take care of your company and meet some customers.
And bring some docs that show you are the owner.

They ask and you answer. If you give them satisfactory answers they let you in. They'll probably warn you not to do it again. Then you say you understand this. Thank them and that's all. I got stopped once, too.
If you are a company owner they will let you in.

I forgot to suggest you to always smile and be nice.
The only right you have as a foreigner at the border is just the right to refuse to enter.

How long did the HK Immigration process the Investment VISA (meaning when you submitted and got the results)?

Since I just passed my Investment VISA Application. When they gave the notice to you on the result, was it thru mail or fax? BTW do you have a company already running before you applied the Investment VISA?

grats on your visa mate...

btw, they sent the result thru mail and I didn't have it running as I thought I wasn't supposed to work or do anything that allows me to generate income in HK.

Mind sharing your success tips? PM maybe?

Cheers
