Does anyone have a bootleg? There is no official DVD for some reason.

I'm just coming in to say I read that book too, and it was great, so i'd also like to know where to get the bootleg.

It seems the reason for lack of a DVD is that the popular music used would be too expensive to acquire; but there is a Soundtrack available.
