Hi all,

This question might have been asked before, but i couldnt really find an appropriate reply.......

1. what is the best means of getting a job in the marketing/strategy side , if you are in a middle management, senior management role.... the problem ive faced is that many job sites are into mass recruiting with heavy focus on graduate employees ( jobsdb etc) and some others are into top management recruitment, so who could be ideal for 7-8 years work exp..professionals ?

2. How helpful are the professional associations...have heard of amcham are there more such associations ? and does one buy a directory or go and attend their events to make themselves known ?

3. Where do you find address of companies with the hr manager co-ordinates...some of the directory are not quite exhaustive...

Look forward to replies....am just wanting to redefine my search criteria, and have been at it since a week....
