Please suggest universities that have programs in Hotel and Restaurant/Tourism Management and English as the medium of teaching. Thanks!

Cornell University in the US. Not in the hospitality biz but I hear it is supposed to be the creme de la creme.

With the HK based schools .. the medium of teaching might officially be english, but having heard stories from folks who have attended courses, professors often break out into Cantonese and a lot if not all of the peer groups will break into Cantonese.
