The Arch - has it opened?
Hello,

We are finally moving over for a while and doing the serviced apartment thing.

My first question is about The Arch in Kowloon.

I'm pretty sure it has been completed and is operating now, their website is impressive. Does anyone know for sure? I have emailed them but have not had a response...maybe they're full? What do you think of their location, on the map it looks as if it is just a bit up from Harbour City.

My second question is, does one usually use a real estate agent to find a serviced apartment or just go direct to do the deal?

Geoexpat has been so helpful in sourcing information and learning the ropes, thanks to all of you.
