Hi there,

Which English is more preferable in HK for professional ESL teaching in International Schools... British English or American English?

Its definitely British English for ESF schools, as most of the teachers who work for ESF are from Britain. Although that may be the case, there's no harm trying. I don't see any problems with your case as long as you're qualified, and have the requisite experience.
