Looking for bank with good interest rates for HKD savings/time deposit

I'm "bank shopping" right now - would you know which banks offer good HKD savings/time deposit rates? (i.e. around 4%)? Not the structured deposit kinds, just plain and safe deposit products

Citibank gives 4.1% if you ahve over HK$1 million.

If you have less than $1 million, try small banks like Fubon.

BEA only offers 3.4 now for 6 months.

I ended up with Public Bank. 3.8 for 6 months.

Citibank? Really? HSBC Premier only offers 2.75% for savings. Even with 1 year, it's only around 3.4-3.5%.

Hmmm... that's what I thought. the 3.4% is a bit too much as an estimate - now remember why I didn't even bother with putting it on TD.

beafan, how much are you getting?
