Any thoughts for looking for flat

Last couple of days, I looked around flat in Kwoloon side and hong Kong island. Rreal estate agency showed me Olympic stataion area, Tai Koo shing, and Queens Terrace. Each side has pros and cons.

Island Harbour View in Olympic stataion area:
Pros: Relatively Newer(3yr), Community feeling, Gym and Outdoor poor.
Cons: hard to access downtown, Less developed mall

Tai Koo Shing in Quarry bay:
Pros: Well developed mall, easy to access anywhere in HK iland side
Cons: Very old flat(over 20 yr)

Queens Terrace in Sheung wan
Pros: Newer(1yr), easy to access anywehere in HK
Cons: Except that building, everything is very local and old, hard to access to MTR

Tomorrow, I should leave for business trip. However, still didn't decide any place to stay in Hong Kong. -_-;; I'm a sigle. Just arrived here from Atlanta...-_-;; Any thoughts or recommendation??

If you dont commuting for 20-30 min also consider tseung kwan o, there are many new developments in tseung kwan o station and tiu keng leng station, moreover there are many shopping malls and restaurants.

Hard to access downtown? It's only 2 stops away from Hong Kong station on MTR. Buses and taxi's run 24 hours and only about 15 mins on a minibus.
