Dear Trish,

According to what I saw, some girls like to wear swimming suits and some like to wear sport suits. So wear what you think is comfortable.
There is a place for shower as well.

Guys today was exciting with the team playing few games and some practice. It rocks to be with people who have the team spirit and can co ordinate well. I was a witness to this today.

Gold Coast is on Castle Peak Rd near Tuen Mun.(any idear?) Anyway, I can show you how to get there from wherever you are, so not much of a problem.

Unless the weather gets really really bad, we will be there this Sunday.
