Wanchai Computer Center,

As you walk in, go to the farthest right corridor and the last shop. They import a lot of japanese notebooks and desktops. Primarily Sony.. but I've seen Fujitsu and Toshiba imports too. I also think they install the english OS at your request. There are a few other shops in the mall that do this.

Bought from Smart Asia for HK$16200. (Swiped with credit card, if u pay cash , i think u can get some more discount)
