Recycling electric appliances Hi everyone, What does one do with ancient electric appliances that do not work well enough to donate to charities or schools? Are there facilities that recycle parts or is the land-fill the only alternative (hope not!!)? Any ideas? Thanks.

You could possibly pass them on to the stalls selling similar items on Ap Liu Street. A last ditch would be to give them to a scrap merchant.

Thanks for the suggestion, discobay. Also, the EPD was able to provide a list of local recyclers so if anyone else needs to discard stuff, there are alternatives to landfills!
