I have studied the books on my own already, but don't feel confident using Flash. Is there a possibility of private lessons? If yes, how do I find a reliable instructor/expert?

I know that there are no English speaking tutorial centers or workshops, so please help. Thanks!

Have you tried Welkin www.welkin.com.hk?

I did a crash course in Dreamweaver at Welkin and was quite happy with them.

I believe that they do have English speaking instructors.
