I just bought a Panasonic FX01 ($2700) from a shop in Mong Kok. The best prices were at Wing Shing camera shop(57, Sai Yeung Choi Street Mong Kok), and their was no need to haggle - the prices they quote straight away are competitive and all their goods have a manufacturer's warranty.
