We are looking into living in DB. possibly near the pier, but I heard that the DB plaza is being renovated.
1.Does it cause a lot of noise and inconvenience?
2.Any rough idea of when it will be completed? We are planning to move there in Sept. My husban can not bare loud noise.
3.Is it convenient tto trvel to work in Wanchai everday, sometime to SZ (china).

Much later than the management say it will be.

Walk to ferry > ferry to Central > MTR to Wanchai > walk to office should take less than an hour. I'll have more precise figures a week from now.
