I need some advice!
1. My partner and I (he is a local resident) want to register a business as a partnership...no problem. What I need to know is how will this effect my investment visa application?
2. I am currently on an employment visa which is being cancelled as I quit my job to get my business started....is there a form to fill out before the actual visa form ? Somthing called an extension form?
3. Not clear on the requirements of the letters of intent provided by prospective clients. What info should these letters provide exactly?

Other than that, I'd recommend wandering down to Immd tower and asking them about your specific situation. The Enquiry counter has officers who are well trained.

May be you could consider changing your sponsor, rather than applying an investment visa.

from what in undestand, investment visa is very strict now and please make sure you prepare everything well and presentable or find the right agent to help you deal with it.
