But its a start and at least he's going to get his details out there.

Of course once he is here he needs to network etc etc to get a chance of finding a good job.

The 3 sites are OK for IT jobs at least. I got my current job through an agent who found my profile on Monster and Classified Post is used by a number of major companies here. Bit less impressed with jobsdb though.
