I have to take a few world known Neurosurgeons to dinner. They ask for Chinese Seafood restaurants. Please recommend a few in the city area. Many thanks.

I heard the Spring Moon is a decent place.

It's located in the 1st Floor of the Peninsula Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui

And later you can have a drink at Felix
