Hi All

I am looking for a 2 b/r apartment somewhere in Central / South Horizons / Pokfulam. Any pointers will be a great help. Also, anyone to share the apartment with this neat-freak ?

with the average HK dwelling at 450 sq ft, sharing is a challenge. pokfulam...sorry, not too familiar with that area in terms of apartments.

Where will you work first?

Flats in PFL should be old but big.
South Horizons is quite far out to nething.
Central, plenty of choice but how much r u willing to spend?

Sharing a small flat is a nitemare..450sq for one is the limit if u ask me when considering your furniture and clothes.

I've mentioned it in another thread. but if you're looking for a flat in pokfulam, you should consider chi fu. the flat sizes are around 500 and 700sq ft. so pretty ok sizes and rent around 10k or under at the minute. not in bad conditions either, although they dont come with gym or the 'western' amenities that the expensive places come with, it does have a decent-ish shopping 'centre' attached to it, so it covers daily essentials.

i should be getting commission for selling the place!!
