I have a Right to Land and i know i can live, work etc in hk but im just wondering whether there are any restrictions/differences for the following:
-medical care
-owning a property
-opening a bank account
-paying tax?

No difference to any of the 4 areas mentioned.

- owning a property

if you have got proof that your family is continously descending form certain villages in HKG for more than a century or so, then you might be entitled to some tax savings for one special type of house in that village with max. 700 sqft. footprint and tons of other restrictions ("ding uk"). but it's only applicable to one single house and only to male descendents (yes, i know that the gender rule is stupid). but with RTL the chances are rather low that it applies to you at all.
