Can some one suggest few real estate agents for New Territories area. My budget is around 20K. I would appreciate help.

Where in particular in NT are you looking? Midland, Centaline, Ricacorp etc are all over HK. There are some locals agents who are very good but they normally only operate in certain areas.

Then the best place is Lucky Plaza, 1st Floor, outside. A whole choice of Estate Agents there. There's also a Midland Realty at street level in Wai Wah Plaza and a Midland and Centaline just inside the Sha Tin Plaza, G/F.
