umm i think u can just go in a derma or a spa saying u want these products. think orrock means u cant buy these at mannings or watsons

A lot of the pharmacists will just give you the products you need .... don't worry too much about where your prescription is from.

Dr Leo Chow in SkinCentral @Central Building has Neostrata products. If you want a consultation is HKD800 per time.

He's pretty booked but if you are desperate, tell the receptionist you are considering treatments (like laser or whatever). Can always negotiate your way to a much earlier time slot.
