I know you have to be married to get a dependant visa, but can you apply beforehand as long as you are married by the time it is approved? Getting married first week of Jan and would really like a dependant visa sorted out so we can travel back together.

Not sure about the Dependent Visa, but I have read that ImmD are happy to grant extended visitors visas for fiancees who can show detailed and specific plans and bookings for weddings. Probably best to ask them directly: enquiry@immd.gov.hk
