Working on a dependant visa?

My wife will come with me to HK as a dependant. I know that there was a rule in around 2003 that said dependants can't work, but my wife says she thinks its recently been changed so that dependants CAN work. Anyone have any info???

Yes - it was changed back again a couple of months ago. Assuming you have an Employment Visa then your wife on a Dependent Visa can work without restriction.
