Questions that have been asked 100's of times before!

My boyfriend has got a job in HK and will be moving out in the next 8 weeks. I am hoping to follow a couple of months after. However as I am trained in Administrative roles I will be unable to be sponsored for a working visa as there are locals quite capable of doing similar roles. I will of course look at every option when I arrive but if I am unable to find gainful employment what would happen regarding me being able to reside in HK?
