I think you will find vitamins more expensive in HK. As far as cigs I think u can take a carton back duty free. Depends what type you smoke. Cigs can also be more expensive. Sometimes less. Depends where u get them and how many

Buy a carton of cigarettes in the hk airport before immigration. its about $120 hkd. significantly cheaper than anywhere else I've been.
