Looking for running groups/clubs
Anyone know of any runners groups or clubs (intermediate level) in HK on the island side? Thanks.

not on the island side, but in Tsing Yi, Tsing Yi Sports centre every wednesday at 7 p.m. there are a bunch of pros teaching and guiding for free. they train stamina.
