| Legally it is you who applies for the Employment Visa, with supporting documentation from your sponsor (i.e. your potential employer). In practice companies which employ a number of foreigners tend to have HR people who will help you through the process to a greater or lesser extent. Big multinationals tend to say "give me your passport, educational certificates, and sign there" and then sort it all out. But in a small local company where you are the first foreigner they have ever employed then you'll probably be largely on your own. |
