He's speaking at AmCham on this trip I know - maybe some other places.

I saw him at the FCC on his last visit. He hasn't half aged! But once he got into his stride he gave a mildly amusing and entertaining speech without saying anything of any substance at all (thus proving himslef to be very much the diplomat).

That Amcham gig @ $500 a head is definitely high brow, and bound to be chock a block with A list types, showing up to be seen, rather then to see da lord

I much prefer slumming it with the winos at the bookstore.

At least I will get a book out of it.
