Hi there, does anyone know about scooters (mopeds) in HK, such as how much a decent second-hand on is, the insurance, license etc. Also would you advise riding a scooter in and around HK?
Thanks Paul! (sorry the point I made was not as it should have been I've ridden bikes thoughout Asian from Indian to Korea. I just wonder if it's a free (mind), cheap way of getting around HK. The monsoon has never bothered me; nice set of water-proofs; that's the answer!!
