Hi- I'd like to see if anyone knows anything about living in old industrial/warehouses spaces in Hong Kong. Better still does anyone know someone who would like to do so? I'm a design student from Sydney and I will be coming to Hong Kong for 5-6months in July/August. Kennth Ko (Interior Design) has converted a big factory space upin NT in to big home.

The real problem is that is it illegal because land is zoned as commercial. The HK2030 scheme is also trying to carry out a formal scheme in Yau tong factory.

But who would want to live with a constant background drone....
