Wheres the best Food place with a 300HKD budget?

HI Folks

Need some recommendations. Am looking for a dinner place with a decent ambience ( preferably with a bay view) . However unlike most , dont have a big budget , so looking at 300 max (esle i wont have enough for the plane ride back) per person without wine.

There was a recommendation on Hyatt ( though i have doubts if can keep it at 300) , any other recommendation?

Thanks in advance.

Bay view:
Quarterdeck in Wanchai (Fenwick Pier), the Sheraton, afternoon tea at the InterCon or liquid dinner and get 2 cocktails in Aqua for the best views! (unless you can sneak into Felix and go for a slash!).
If you have time you can go to the seafood restaurants on Lamma or the China Bear in Mui Wo.
Ambience:
Lots of good places for that. Stauntons for Mezze if you get there early enough for a table, Jaspa's, Gaia for pizza....lots of places.

For $300 without alcohol .. most of the Soho restaurants would work.

Recommend Cafe De Paris ... had a really good steak there (lunch set included soup / salad for under $100).

Also recommend Bizou and Olive.

As is Le Maroon- they do a 5-course set dinner for 250HKD and it's BYOB. The cheese platter is excellent!

PDLM : They had a license the last time we were there ( 4 weeks ago ) BUT they want to keep it BYOB with a corkage, to encourage people to bring that special bottle or two.
