DB Estate Agents: Recommendations?

I know of Ka Man and Century 21, and the GoHome website, but are there any other real estate agents in DB?

Is there any one agent YOU, dear listener, would recommend?

Ring Gloria Suen of DB Star Properties on 2987-2343 or 9423-2775. I have used their services for atleast 7 years on and off and can highly recommend them.

i would also recommend star properties... but kevin...

when we couldn't get the price that we wanted on our current flat, he offered to forfeit his commission whcih would bring the overall prive down to what we wanted for the first 10 months....

he gave up $10,500 from us...

Thanks again, both of you!

I have another question - how realistic are those rental prices on the GoHome website? I know I can check the sale price on some government transaction websites, but is there anywhere to check recent rental rates?

Thumbs up

Hmm, there are two similar La Vista properties listed on GoHome, one at $19k and one at $23k, so their advertised rates seem reasonably realistic. I still have memories of agents posting prices well below actual, and then pushing them up once they got you interested ...

are the advertised prices inclusive or not... that can make a huge difference in price!

I presume 'inclusive' means management fees? If so, it looks like the GoHome prices are inclusive. I'm really only looking at the websites to get an idea of what type of properties are available, and how much the going rate should be.

Fore-warned is fore-armed!
