Blowing glass....

I've decided I'd like to try my hand at blowing glass. Anyone know of a place in HK where one can do this? No lewd comments please.

English Glass Blowing Classes

I teach lampworking (kind of burning glass using a torch), so I know some of the glass blowers in Hong Kong. It's true that they don't usually offer English classes. We currently have only two glass blowing studios in Hong Kong. The one in Ngau Tau Kok (new equipment) and another one is near Tai Koo (not sure whether it's still operating).

I did glass blowing once and it requires strength, body coordination and understanding to the characteristics of molten glass.

I am having an elementary lampworking class on 26 & 27 August (Sat + Sun) at 3-6pm (if I get enough students) in the new glass blowing studio at Ngau Tau Kok. For those who want to visit the studio, I think I can arrange and tour you around before you get serious.

My class:

Anyone have any luck yet? I would be interested in this too.

I work in ceramics usually but want to have a go at something even more fragile and dangerous.
