Investing in/Buying a holiday home in Asia
Does anyone have any good links to independent information about investing in/buying a holiday home in Asia....places like Phuket, Krabi etc.

Interested to hear from anyone that has bought one and what kind of return they have seen versus what they expected/was forecast.

Any good stories/any nightmare stories or advice on things to watch out for.
